Paperless Ticketing FAQ
The LionNation app is free on the app store and play store.
You can also manage your tickets by logging into your ticketing AccountManager. Your username is your email address. (If it’s your first time logging in you’ll need to select ‘Forgot Your Password’ to have a temporary password sent to you).
The first thing to do is to connect your ticketing account. On the app navigate to the tickets tab. You will need to enter your Orlando City SC AccountManager or Ticketmaster login information. Be sure to use the email you used when purchasing your tickets. If Tickets were loaded for you but this is your first time accessing your account, head to the Orlando City AccountManager login and click forgot password to get a new password sent to you.
Once your account is connected you can view, transfer and resell tickets right from your phone.

Entry into the stadium
Once you have accessed your ticketing account, you will see all your tickets for upcoming games under the "View Tickets" tab on the website or on the tickets tab in the app.
Simply tap on the event you wish to view tickets for, and you'll see your digital ticket. If you have multiple tickets you can swipe left and right to view them. For entry into the stadium, just scan this ticket at the gate pedestal.
